Refund policy

In California, a store does not need a refund policy if it offers refunds, exchanges, or store credit on unused items returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, in some cases you can return for store credit, but there are exceptions. Shapewear, swimsuits, bras, panties, lingerie, are not returnable. Once we have received the product(s) and if appropriate, any packaging, the refund will be credited to your store account.

There is no Restocking Fee

To start a return, you can contact us at shopoozy.online@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Regarding sizing of clothing and sizing errors made by the customer.

On every page, for men, women and children clothing and shoes, there is a sizing chart for customers to use as a guideline so that wrong sizes are not ordered. Please use it! It is also, specifically stated, that you must measure yourself using the chart. Note that some items must be measured in centimeters (cm). Europe and Asia measure in cm and do not measure in inches like the USA.

The note below is posted as a reminder on certain items as an alert and awareness of sizing differences outside of the U.S. :

Note:

1. Asian sizes are 1 to 2 sizes smaller than European and American people. Choose the larger size if your size is between two sizes. Please allow 2-3cm differences due to manual measurement.

2. Please check the size chart carefully before you buy the item, if you don't know how to choose size, please contact our customer service.

3.As you know, the different computers display colors differently, the color of the actual item may vary slightly from the following images.
